Outdoor Service Guides was established in the early 2000s as an inclusive and traditional scouting organization. In OSG we believe that scouting is for everyone. The 516th NY Valleys & Rivers was established in 2022 to bring the joys of scouting to Central New York, from Rome to Utica to Mexico and beyond!

TO JOIN OUR TROOP:
1. Follow the button below to the OSG Dashboard and create a user/family account. 
2. Choose your age level and your troop (the 516th NY Valleys & Rivers).

3. Add your membership request(s) to the cart. 

4. In the cart/checkout, decide upon your method of payment. If you are unable to make the initial $20 cost, there is financial aide available instantly and anonymously.
5. Finalize your registration and a troop leader with be in touch to get you started!
