SECTION RESOURCES

YOU CAN DO WHAT WE DO!

All ages levels of OSG have a designated set of uniforms, badges, and handbooks.

All youth and adult scouts should wear their uniform to scout activities and meetings as a symbol to the rest of the scout team and the world that you are a participant in the world-wide game of scouting. It is also a place to share the progress you've made as a scout by displaying your badges. All OSG uniforms consist of real clothing (shirts and hats) that adults can obtain for little cost and be used as regular clothing.

Handbooks are available for all troop members at low or no cost and are recommended for all scouts so that they can keep track of the requirements for and their progress in troop activities. Digital files that can be downloaded and printed can be found here in the links below. Small spiral-bound copies can be found through the OSG Quartermaster website.

🐿️ CHIPMUNKS

Ages 2-4, Our motto is "Share and Prepare."

Our youngest scouts at ages 2 to 4 (the younger siblings and children of registered troop members), Chipmunks play games, explore the outdoors, and learn about working together as a team in a fun and engaging way.

🦦 OTTERS

Ages 5-7. Our motto is "Busy and Bright."

Otters are 5 to 7 years old. Otters observe nature and learn about the world around them while practicing foundational skills that they will build on as they continue their scouting adventure.

🐺 TIMBERWOLVES

Ages 8-11. Our motto is "Do Your Best!"

At ages 8 to 11, Timberwolves learn about their responsibilities as a pack mate, how to care for themselves and their pack, and explore their interests. Every day is an adventure for a Timberwolf.

🧭 PATHFINDERS

Ages 12-17. Our motto is "Be Prepared."

For scouts ages 12–17, Pathfinders explore leadership roles, take adventures on their own, and navigate adolescence with friends who are walking a similar path.

⚜ ROVERS

Scouting for Adults. Our motto is "Service."

Yes, adults can earn badges too! Rovers is our program for adults who want to scout, challenge themselves, learn more about themselves. Leading by example, always in service to our communities.
